Shipping Terms and Conditions:
Most orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days after payment has been made. The shipping time is applied after an order has been processed.

Returns
In the case of a return for refund, any shipping and/or handling charges on the original order will not be refunded. At our discretion, we may levee a restocking fee of 15% of the cost of items returned.
Units to be returned should be packed carefully in their original packaging. Please be advised that packages sent by normal US Postal Service cannot be tracked to ensure delivery. Since Great Ape Trust of Iowa cannot provide credit for a return without confirming its receipt, we recommend that you use a delivery service that can be tracked and or insured.
Making a purchase
You must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid credit card to make a purchase. Children (persons under the age of 18) are not authorized to make purchases at www.greatapestore.org without the supervision of their parent or guardian. User accounts can be created for use by children, but the information contained therein must belong to and identify their parent or guardian, not the child. If you are under the age of 18, you may only make purchases at www.greatapestore.org under the supervision of your parent or guardian. By accepting Great Ape Trust's Terms and Conditions you signify that you are an adult, age 18 or older.
