Sue Buck, from Guys Mills, Pennsylvania has been an artist most of her life. Presently an art professor at Allegheny College, Buck’s work has been represented through drawings, etchings, photography and filmmaking. She began creating ape images in 1995 and recently produced a series of colorful pastel chalk drawings of orangutans and bonobos at Great Ape Trust.
